H20 Beams
H20 beam is a premium timber support for the film-faced plywood in formwork. Its web is made of plywood, and two flanges are made of solid spruce timber.
The timber formwork beam’s length can be 900mm and up to 5900mm. It offers good load capacity and is easy to handle due to its lightweight design.
We manufacture this product in China to EN13377 standard and export them all over the world.
Like film faced plywood, the H20 timber formwork beam is essential part of slab formwork, column formwork and wall formwork.

Cross Section
Flanges are made of solid wood. Web is 27mm plywood, which can be poplar, eucalyptus or mixed.
End Caps
For reduced damage at the end of the beam. The end protection also protect the beam from moisture and UV radiation.
Pre-drilled Holes
H20 feature pre-drilled holes at both ends for connecting, bracing, and extending the beam length, especially in wall or column formwork.
The holes are also prepared for couplers or fasteners.
