The 3-ply shuttering panel is a board made with radiata pine and phenolic glue. It features a yellow colored urea-melamine resin on the surfaces and great bending strength. The board can be used for horizontal and vertical formwork jobs.
This 3 ply solid wood sheet can be used in both formwork system and as loose sheets. Up to 20 times reused can be acheived if used properly. It is manufactured in our state-of-art factory in China.

Quality Grade
Radiata Pine Class A: healthy knots up to 5mm, no cracks allowed, selected by colour.
Radiata Pine Class B: healthy knots up to 45mm, healthy knots with small cracks up to 25mm repaired, natural colour variations, small sapwood traces are allowed.
Spruce Pine
The 3-ply board is 27mm. Spruce 3-ply has two structures available:
- 9mm+9mm+9mm
- 6mm+15mm+6mm
Reuse Times
Although the reuse times are based on the projects and circumstances, the 3-ply generally can be used up to 25 times.
Wood Texture Concrete Surfaces
The 3-ply has a wood surface. During the use of the plywood board, its surface wood texture imprint itself on the concrete finish.
The concrete finishes will come with a natural wood texture.
Notes on Uses
- Make sure that the wood moisture content of the formwork sheets is close to that of the surroundings before use.
- Cover sheets to protect them from extreme sunlight or rain which causes cracking.
- Seal cut edges with edge varnish.
- Use a high-quality release agent.
- Remove concrete residues from the plywood immediately after stripping the formply.
